haha, sorry for the lame title, but in that song by the darkness, there's this part where the lead guy goes, "GEETAH!" that my friend megan and i always laugh at... and i can't help but think it everytime i see a guitar.
anyways, this is another piece i did senior year of high school. i actually have this in pencil too, but watercolor is more fun to look at. this was done from a cover of guitar one magazine featuring bandon boyd and mike enzinger from incubus... i didn't do mike because i didn't have enough time when i was doing the pencil version, so he is absent. but yes. i like this for the most part... i've cropped it some because the composition was horrible. but whatcha gonna do?
please pardon any dust you see on there; it's a scan of a slide and i can only get it so clean.
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
I'd like to show you some awesome nature related work from more or less unknown artists which deserve more attention - this is a must see, you won't regret it!!!
I'm a lover of visual impacts. I like brilliant colors and shapes. And I decided to collect a whole stack of deviations that reflect that taste. These pieces showcased below deserve every bit of publicity you can give them. x)P
